    July is warm with summer sun and the sultry sounds of jazz in Orvieto. Since 1973 the festival has featured performances by such esteemed artists as Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Carlos Santana and Dizzy Gillespie. Events take place in Perugia's historic city centre.
